Industrial supply firm and business brokerage open new Columbia offices

COLUMBIA, Mo.  5/24/13 (Beat Byte) --  Twice again proving that costly incentives like Blight are not necessary to build a strong business community, Columbia welcomes two new business expansions this month.

Premier Business Brokers of St. Louis has announced a new office and CoMo-based Frost Supply is adding employees and a satellite branch.

"Our expansion to Columbia will make it easier to do business for our clients in the middle of the state," said Joe Abel, CEO of Premier Business Brokers.

Abel's firm matches buyers and sellers to businesses much the same way a real estate broker matches buyers and sellers to land and homes.

"If you are looking to buy or sell a business, our professionals close the deal for you as quickly as possible," said Abel.  "Now these services are available in Columbia, and we are very proud of that."

Family-owned Frost Supply, at 1711 Paris Road in Columbia, has announced the expansion of its Tool, Fastening & Safety Division with new employees and a satellite branch at 1809 Santa Fe Place.   With the addition, Frost now has seven offices in Missouri and Illinois.   Headquartered in Maryland Heights, Mo, Frost Supply handles electrical, industrial automation, and safety tools.

"This is an instantaneous age and many businesses and hard-working contractors simply can’t afford to wait for certain products to ship," said the firm's executive vice president Jeff Frost.  "We’re dedicated to making it as easy as possible for our customers to access products they need.  The spacious layout of our new location allows us to have job site tools and safety products on hand for immediate use."
